Pingforth
Privacy Policy
This notice explains how Pingforth collects and uses personal data when you visit this site, request the training, apply for a call, or contact us. It is intended for CA firm partners and other business professionals in India.

Who we are
This site is operated by Pingforth, an Indian software business founded by Raj Tada that builds done-for-you practice systems for CA firms. The registered entity is [to be confirmed: registered entity name], with registered address [to be confirmed: registered address].
For questions about this notice or your personal data, email raj@pingforth.com.
What we collect
When you use the opt-in form, we collect your name, email address, phone number in international format, role, and whether you consented to WhatsApp and email updates. If you consent, we record that choice for each channel with the wording version, your IP address, and the time of consent.
When you apply, we collect your role, number of clients, team size, what runs your back office, the problems you face, the outcome that matters most, your free-text challenge, whether you are ready to invest in a one-time setup, and how soon you want to start. We also store a score and a qualified or not-qualified result calculated from those answers.
When you book a call, we collect the time you choose. Our scheduling provider also receives the details needed to make the booking, including your name, email, phone number, time zone, and chosen time.
What we collect automatically
We create a random visitor ID and store it in the pf_vid cookie, which lasts for one year. We also keep a copy in browser storage (localStorage) under pf_vid; that copy stays until you clear your browser data. This lets us link earlier visits to you if you later submit a form.
We store a first-touch record in browser storage (localStorage) under pf_ft. It stays until you clear your browser data. Arrival records may include the page address, UTM tags, ad IDs such as fbclid, referrer, IP address, and browser user agent.
After you become a contact, a signed HTTP-only cookie under pf_lid remembers which contact you are for up to 60 days. Scripts cannot read it. It lets later steps prefill your details without putting personal data in a web address.
While you use the application, we temporarily keep partially completed answers in session storage under pf_apply_draft_v1. When you submit, pf_apply_attempt_v1 keeps the submission event reference and a copy of the answers in that browser tab, including the free-text challenge, to help prevent duplicate submissions. These are cleared after a successful submission or when you close the tab. While you watch the training, we keep video milestone markers under pf_training_milestones_v1:<media-id> so the same progress point is not sent twice; session storage clears them when the tab closes.
We record page views, which application questions you reached (not your answers), whether you watched 25%, 50%, 75%, or 95% of the training video, and clicks on the apply button. Meta's pixel may set the _fbp cookie. When you arrive from a Meta ad link containing fbclid, our site stores that value in browser storage under pf_fbc until you clear your browser data, whether or not the Meta pixel is blocked. If no _fbc cookie exists, our site also writes the value to the _fbc cookie for 90 days.
Why we use your data
We use it to send the training and respond to you, review your application, decide whether a call is a good fit, schedule and run the call, and improve our advertising and measurement.
We follow up on WhatsApp and email only where you have consented. Applying is optional. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, using an unsubscribe link, or emailing us.
Advertising and measurement
We use the Meta (Facebook) pixel in your browser. We also send events from our server to Meta's Conversions API, including Lead, SubmitApplication, QualifiedLead, Schedule, and later CallShowed and Purchase when those events happen.
Server events include your email, phone number, and name only as one-way SHA-256 hashed values, plus a hashed internal ID, IP address, browser user agent, and Meta browser cookies. They do not include your application answers. Meta uses this information to measure results and show our ads to people who may be interested. See Meta's own privacy policy for how Meta handles data.
Who helps us provide the site
We share data with service providers only as needed for the purposes above. Cloudflare Turnstile checks for bots and receives your IP address and browser signals. Wistia hosts the training video and may set its own cookies or receive viewing data. Cal.com handles scheduling. [to be confirmed: email provider] sends our emails. WhatsApp Business Platform by Meta is used when WhatsApp messages are enabled. Razorpay is used if and when you pay. We do not store card details.
