What we offer
The site offers a free training video, a free application, and a free 45-minute Practice Clarity Call to discuss your firm's operations. We may decline an application or reschedule a call. There is no obligation on you to buy anything and no obligation on us to accept an application or provide a call.
The training is educational only. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or other professional advice. Speak to your own adviser before acting on information that may affect your firm.
Your information
You agree to provide information that is accurate and current. You are responsible for checking that your application answers and contact details are correct.
Our privacy policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how you can exercise your rights.
Acceptable use
Please use the site lawfully and fairly. Do not scrape it, use automated tools to abuse it, submit false identities or information, interfere with its operation, or try to access systems or data that are not made available to you.
Content and third-party services
The site content, training, and Pingforth branding belong to Pingforth or its licensors. You may use them for your own evaluation, but you may not copy, republish, sell, or misuse them without permission.
The site uses third-party services for video, scheduling, bot checks, communications, payments, hosting, and storage. Those services have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for services outside our reasonable control.
Communications and opt-out
If you consent, we may send the training and follow-up messages by WhatsApp and email. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, using the unsubscribe link, or emailing raj@pingforth.com. Our privacy policy explains how consent and opt-outs are recorded.
Guarantee and liability
Any 7-working-day delivery guarantee applies only to a paid engagement under a separate written agreement. It does not apply to the free training or the free call.
We provide the free site, training, application, and call on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not give warranties beyond those that the law cannot exclude. To the extent the law allows, Pingforth will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the free site or materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may change these terms when the site or our services change. The updated version will show a new date. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in [to be confirmed: governing-law city] will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
